NERDA is currently implementing the following projects:

CREDO - Competitive Regional Economic Development in North-East BiH

In June 2007. NERDA started implementing the CREDO Project, funded by the Swedish Agency for International Development and Cooperation "Sida".

The main goal of CREDO is to create/formalize and/or sustain jobs, reduce poverty and improve the economic status of NE BiH, through two-phase interventions, supporting SMEs development and growth, applying the NERDA Integrated Economic Development (IED) methodology.

By the end of 2008. NERDA successfully completed the Phase 1 of CREDO and started with the implementation of Phase II which will last until the end of 2010.

Regional Guarantee Fund

The findings generated through economic analysis of the SME Sector indicated that enterprises are faced with serious obstacles is access to affordable medium and long term finance. Therefore NERDA established a Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, which became operational in March 2008.

In partnership with Volksbank bh, Tuzla NERDA ensured a very attractive interest rate for SMEs which is 6.625 %, while the multiplying factor for the deposited funds is 3.5. The total deposited funds are in the amount of 506.000 KM, while the available potential amounts to 1.771.000 KM.
